We love to see the progress we’re making at The Carlton House Student Living near Texas Tech University and are so excited to welcome our future residents home! We are scheduled to be completed before students move in next fall, and better yet, by early move in July 30! If you are interested in moving in early, contact us today for more information!

Current Progress
Check out our latest updates as of June 21 including:
- Pool- Final cement tiles are being laid down around the pool. Pool lining and surrounding landscaping will take place next.
- Quiet Space- Wallpaper, carpet, and light fixtures have been installed. Ceiling drywall and paint touch-up will take place next.
- Interior is complete in our penthouse units.
- Concrete patios are complete. Railing will be installed next.

Past Updates

Not only is The Carlton House scheduled to deliver on time, but it is also ahead of schedule. We are now offering EARLY MOVE-IN for July 30, 2022. Contact the office for more details!
Past Progress
As of April 12, we are starting to construction clean on the 5th floor. Appliances have also started to be installed. In addition:
- 4-sided LED mirrors have been installed
- All glass shower doors installed
- Under-cabinet lighting installed
- Chandeliers installed
- USB plug in under kitchen islands
- Flooring in all units
