No. Leases at The Carlton House are legally binding and cannot be broken early. If you need to move out before your lease is up, please contact our on-site team to review your options.

The Carlton House offers a range of studio and one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments. Premium unit upgrades are also available.

Yes. Our furnished apartments near TTU come with all of the bedroom and living room furniture you need to settle in comfortably. Apartments include 55-inch TVs, in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, and soaking tubs in select units. Bedframes, couches, coffee tables, nightstands, and bedroom desks come standard with each furniture package.

Maintenance requests can be submitted in person or online through our resident portal. In the case of an emergency, please contact our leasing office ASAP.

Yes. If you do not have a specific roommate in mind, we will match you with a compatible roommate or group of roommates to the best of our ability.

Our leasing team frequently hosts fun events in our common spaces that encourage connection among our student residents. This, plus our student-oriented community spaces and amenities, make our Lubbock apartments more than ideal for most Texas Tech students.

Security is one of our top priorities here at The Carlton House, which is why we host an extensive security system featuring 112 cameras, two high-speed entry gates, 68 FOB-controlled access doors throughout our property, and nightly on-site armed security patrol officers.

Yes. Our parking garage offers reserved spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, with sufficient parking spaces available for residents. Each level of our garage provides direct access to every floor of our building and is monitored 24/7 by security cameras.

The Carlton House provides residents with secure bike storage and bike racks inside our controlled-access parking garage.

The Carlton House has a Luxor One package system to provide an easy and effective way to manage our residents’ packages.
